Good condition. It has never left my studio. Straight neck, fret in excellent condition. The varnish is slightly blemished where the pick tends to hit the body under the neck but that's it. I think those guitars now go for $1,500. Low price for quick sale.

bbl, I was in the studio recording along with a guy who had a Martin D35 and the entire time I thought "funny but my guitar sounds better".

This one is so good I might leave it with a Friend in SF until I can come back to pick it up.
