I will probably be messaging you about this bass in the next couple weeks (it's getting to be tax time in the USA, and I want to make sure I actually have the money to purchase this before sealing the deal). I definitely want it. I'm not wild about my current workhorse 5-string (Warwick Rockbass Corvette), and this one pretty much has everything I want in a 5-string Jazz-style bass.

not to be a downer here, but you'll need to look into how to deal with CITES restrictions on the import/export of rosewood across borders.

You may be right here because of the rosewood fretboard. Although the chance of being caught at customs clearance seems pretty small to me.

Anyway, the bass is sold yesterday.
