Fender American Standard Jazz w/ Moses Graphite Neck

Letting go of my go-to bass because I need the money unfortunately. It's in great condition, there is only one tiny paint chip on the bottom side of the body, but you need to squint your eyes for that one. And don't let the graphite neck down-sell you, it's a very high quality Moses that is much more durable than the original neck. It doesn't affect the tone in my experience, and the neck is always straight because there's no truss rod.

I have a Moses neck and love it, but mine definitely has a truss rod. It's not needed for strength, but it's nice to have the ability to adjust curvature. I didn't know they made them without rods.

Either way though, I'll vouch for the graphite. I drove 3,000 miles and camped out every night with it in the back this winter, and it was still in tune when I pulled it out of the case.

Hmmm, I could've sworn when I bought the bass I was told it was a Moses, maybe I misheard. But you're right about the truss rod so it couldn't be one. Nevertheless it's a great neck, I just need to do research about what brand it is. If anyone has an idea please let me know!

Scratch that, it is in fact a Moses, actually bought it from this site back in 2014 and that what the original owner said.
