Valenti VTP4 #205

Post by paulo »

We've seen BobJones talking about the Valenti basses and i decided to go to his web page and stumbled into this:

I always liked the old Pbass style but never liked the maple FB. I even mentioned the other day the bassist of stone temple pilots Robert deLeo had a killer Schecter bass and it looks exactly like this one but with P/J PU.
I wonder if he would be interested in building one of those in lefty!

A few years ago I decided to have a bass built just for me. Valenti was one of my top choices. I had a few questions and emailed him, and the next day he answered. Although I eventually chose another luthier from Seattle, I still thought it was nice of the guy to quickly and personally respond. He was definitely interested in building me a lefty P/J.

Email him. You'd be surprised who answers. I have received emails from Michael Tobias, Jeff Genzler, etc. Great PR for them.
