Another Joey Long special. One of a kind.
Hey, did you happen to see that bogus 1960 lefty jazz bass reposting on ebay. The original posting was another of Joe Long's basses, and it sold for $29,000. Some guy in the UK used the same pix as the original auction too and was asking a BIN price of $9800. Obviously not the same guy who bought it originally, and it looks like ebay shut the auction down already.
Wow, the final price was a steal, IMO! Righties go for well over $2000. I think the "for pickup only in Las Vegas" shipping option probably kept more bidders away.
