Both basses play and sound great, but I'm just not using them at the moment.

G&L L-2500 Blueburst $1000 shipped (CONUS)

The L-2500 is in excellent condition and has a couple of minor mods. First, the 2-way series/parallel toggle switch was upgraded to a 3-way toggle that allows series/split coil (outer)/parallel switching. Second, the bridge is usually mounted using only 2 screws and has a tendency to "pull out" when strung through the bridge. With this mod, the bridge is secured to the bass using 5 additional screws and nuts. NO NEW HOLES WERE DRILLED ON THE BASS! The screws and nuts simply use the existing "through body" holes that were intended for "through body" stringing. You can simply remove the screws and nuts and the bass will return to stock.

I just wanted to follow-up here and let everyone know that the Fender J I received is incredible. It was in such good condition that it was hard to believe that the previous owner even used it — it was that new-looking. It was also shipped very quickly and securely.

I can't express how pleased I am with the transaction in general, and I would gladly purchase from jc575 again without thinking twice about it.
