It's difficult to know what, if any, of the parts are true Fender parts, or from what specific bass/year. The Fender logo with "jazz bass' spelled out on the headstock doesn't look like any real Fender neck typeface I've ever seen.

I inquired about details and here is the seller repsonse:
Maybe his CAPS LOCK key is STUCK but... still reminds me of the classic Tom Waits quote: "The big print giveth and the fine print taketh away".
The seller's image shows some Ken Smith (righty) basses.USA MADE,15 YEARS OLD, NO SERAL #THAT I CAN SEE, THE NECK HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM ROSEWOOD TO MAPLE SO THATS WHY THE IS NO SERIAL #. BUT I CAN TELL YOU ITS A HELL OF A BASS. CHECK MY FEEDBACK I DO NOT SELL BAD GEAR ONLY THE BEST. -seem800
