No, that'd be too merciful. I say we force the son of a bitch to listen to fatal amounts of Britney Spears.

All I can say is WOW.. Thats one F'ed up bass.... It was a beauty at one time. Man, if my woman did that to one of my basses, I would cut one of her arms off in revenge. That's just messed up.

How do you do this and who and what and when??!?!?... If someone broke in to my house and took my Rickenbacker I would prefer that they actually stole it instead of just rape it and leave it for dead.
I love the way the seller tries to downplay the fact that the bass looks like shit: "As you can see in the pictures someone has cut pieces from the headstock and body of the bass, This does not effect the playability only the looks."
True, but still...

I say we track down the former owner and burn him at the stake. That's just wrong. Not only that, but it does even appear to be an attempt to re-stylize it either. Just hack it off, and you're good to go.

Not only would I cut my chick's arms off, I'd beat her senseless with them

Genius!
Like WWII dazzle ship camouflage - nobody notices the 'upside down' triangle markers on this left handed neck. Can tell by the remains of the "cresting R" headstock. (The older lefty Ric's had 'righty' necks/headstock but this blue one is some type of hybrid - and that apparently 'bothered' somebody)

Is there something wrong with me when the "upside down" triangles bother me more than all the chunks cut out of the body/headstock?

That's how lefty Rics are made now. Even though they finally went to a lefty neck they still put a right handed fretboard on them I assume that they put edge dots on the top, but I have no idea. Considering how J. H. runs his company, probably not!

Then the one on the link below deviates from the norm... RIC must be following the Buckaroo Banzai mantra:

Looks like the inlays here are 'lefty-appropropiate'. Maybe that blue one came from the Custom chopShop.

Actually Ric just switched to lefty fingerboards either late last year or this year, so newer Rics have them, whereas Rics from a couple years back have righty boards.
