Looking for a new home for my beloved G&L. I've had it for for twelve years.
It's very used, scratched, I've worn through the finish. I'm sure you know all
about these basses, single coil, maple neck/fingerboard.
Serial # B013912

You can see me playing the bass here circa 2000 (1:06 in):

Yes, I play very hard.
Make an offer.

Nice bass! You do play hard - that's the right way to give it the relic look.

Umm seem interesting ... but what is the wood type of the body ?
I read somewhere that G&L in the 80s adopted basswood bodies at a certain point.

I went over and played that bass today. The bass sounds and plays great. My guess is it's Alder.

Is that a single coil or humbucker in that bass?

Wow. I'm dumbfounded. She 's only had it three days and I'd totally give her the money back.
