CIJ '62RI vs '75RI Jazz

I have a '75RI & love the neck on it. Is the '62RI have the same size neck or is it thicker?

Current specs are the same (38mm nut), and have generally been the same, however, they did vary slightly over the years, particularly the neck radius. Even US made necks varied over the years, and I've seen a few examples of '78 Js with a U neck profile.
