Ric 4003 refret?

Ric 4003 refret?

Good morning kids!
I have an '01 4003 Fireglo that my tech suggests I get refretted. Of course, he doesn't dive that deeply in the Rics. Does anyone know if a reputable Ric refretter in the States?

Glaser Instruments in Nashville. I’ve had a few refrets done there. They are pretty much the industry standard.
