Lignum Summer Night bass - My first impulse buy of 2026

Combing the internets as I normally do, I stumbled upon this unique bass by a company I'd never heard of before. After doing some further research, I bought it. Lignum-art is a small boutique company run by two brother woodworking artisans from Croatia who hand make not only instruments but furniture, art pieces, etc. They were first brought to wider attention via Nate Navarro's YouTube channel for producing their Sub Octave bass (which Nate now endorses).
I received the bass yesterday and, thankfully, am blown away by the overall attention and craftsmanship. For a custom made instrument, their pricing is very reasonable, IMO, and since the one I bought was used, I got an even better price.
