I like them only on certain colors - like Vintage White, Dauphine Blue, and a couple others. Outside of that I'm a black cover kinda guy

O - I also like white covers on a MM Stingray, but only if that's the original pickup color when the bass rolled off the factory floor.

I prefer the black covers on this bass, but I do dig the vintage vibe of white covers on certain basses.

I couldn't get used to the cream ones so I put the black ones back on. Maybe on a lighter color paint job they'd look better
