This Sandberg has been for sale here in the Netherlands for around a year now. You might be able to work out a deal:

It's active, with a 2-band EQ and push-pull active/passive-switch, but otherwise fits your description

This one's been at Southpaw for awhile.
I know it's not a straight P pickup configuration but you can always kill the bridge pickup volume.

I own this custom built 5 string Pbass from a french luthier (I'm the original owner), passive, lightweight, Hipshot hardware. It's my main bass but I've bought 2 other ones lately, and I'm wondering about selling it (around 900 euros).
I live in France but if you're interested I've got no problem shipping to the US.
