Welcome to the forum!
Adding pictures is easy. Two steps: choose file to select the file, then click "Add the file."

The tricky part is shrinking the pictures down small enough (<0.5MB). On desktop, use your photo editor of choice. On Android I've had good luck with an app called Lit Photo.
