Neck either needs packing or it's warped?
Guesswork intonation then strung righty.

So, what do you think about that bass, guys? I’m from Chile and the bass owner is from Mexico, but I have family and friends there. I was talking with the owner and he told me its all ok with bass. But if do you know more about the bass or which cares must I know, can you tell me please. Thanks!

Can’t really tell (from the pics) if the neck is warped. He didn’t post any pics of the truss rod nut at the base of the neck which would give some indication of the necks condition in re to it being straight, up bowed or back bowed by the rod being maxed out. It is strung righty though which means it’ll need a nut if you’re gonna switch it back to lefty. Other than that, some wear and tear but nothing too bad.

It looks to me like it's a lefty nut when I look at how the G string is sitting. Judging by the pitting on the hardware, and delamination on the headstock, I would be more concerned about exposure to high humidity levels. Which would include a warped neck.

Many Fender nuts can simply be reversed - they are rectangular section. Tap out, turn round & refix with just a spot of glue. But string heights do suggest the nut hasn't been touched and it's the original lefty and the only the string order is righty.
The low saddle/pickups may be due to neck pocket fit and the neck might be ok in itself - ask for a long shot photo looking down from the headstock maybe?
Would be a shame if the neck is bad - it's not a regulation left-hand black body one.

The condition of the neck plate, compared to all the other chrome on the bass, even the tops of the neck screws, makes me consider the phrase "all original" to be very suspect. Whatever ruined the tops of those screws shouldn't have also left the plate looking flawless. Other than that everything looks authentic.

It's definitely a lefty nut. Setup is incredibly poor, but, probably wouldn't take much to get in in playing condition.

Unless the neck is indeed warped which it could be as the chrome pitting previously mentioned due to humidity is really bad. Damage to finish on the headstock most likely due to humidity + intense direct sunlight. Looks like a bit of an issue with the finish on the frets 9-12 but that probably won't affect playability.

Overall I think it's a bit of a risk to buy it without seeing it, but IF the neck is good it's probably worth the price.

This is more like an 80's bass with "like I mentioned in other threads" recycled parts around the shop.

The pots date stamp is 80. 1378048. 48th week of 1980.
