These are a great learning experience. I don't know how people get a hold of these isolated tracks.

If you go to the end of that video, there are additional isolated McCartney tracks listed you can click on. The Hey Bulldog one is really interesting. (At one point you can hear a reverb tank "crash" on the bass track!).

I love The Beatles like many of us but they are the worlds most documented band. Matt is right about the Jazz, there are books web pages that describe for each song, who played what instrument, what time and place they recorded, who was there. When I was a kid I wish I would have had these isolated tracks, talk about a great way to learn. Just playing a song at 1/2 speed in the same pitch is just amazing.

I remember learning songs from the Album by ear and lifting the needle up 100's of times.
