20 years? I doubt that. The Aerodyne Jazz was introduced in 2003, and the version with the pickguard was first released in 2006 :)

I'm going with what I saw on the website (not sure if it was Fender's) but at least the last number is right! :lol:
Deep inside I felt like this bass was newer too and you have great knowledge about the MIJ Fenders so I stick with 2006!
Still I'll look it up again to see if I can find that website.

Oh ok well, the good thing is i didnt buy it for its age and i am happy to have it.
