Awesome job. I know how to refinish, and for the labor and materials, that is an awesome price. The "ashtray" looks really good too.

How do the MIM necks on those basses compare to say the necks on MIJ '62RIs? Is it true that MIM necks are actually MIA and then shipped down to Mexico for finishing? Cheers.
