So what's our order tally at this point? We must be pretty close to 20.

Done. You want the 1 PU or 2 PU version?

It seems like the 2 PU version is in the lead. Is there anyone who would not want the bass as a 2 PU version?

I like the look of the 1 P.U. and intended to throw a Dimarzio model G in one of those, but now i'm having two Gibson TB Plus p.u.'s coming in so for me it doesn't matter wich verson we get. I'll try and ask for both to be produced.
I've mailed Arni to ask him if we could try to look for other buyers on his site too, let's hope.

I need a red bass so I'll go with the 2 PU red.

Anybody looked into shipping? Will the builder drop ship them directly to us or will iome be forced to accept 20+ basses and then send them out to us piecemeal?

Last time they sent the basses directly to each buyer after receiving the money. I really wouldn't like to receive and send out 19 or more basses...

Is there any word on what the updated total would be plus shipping?

I asked the guys over at basgitaarforum.nl, and got these answers:

Saf: "as long as it isn't white. If it's white I don't want it"
Thunder: "preferably transparent winered or a classy shade of transparent blue, with a black headstock. And if there will be a non-mahogany veneer glued on top, I'd rather have it finished in a solid colour"

And there's two more guys who want to know what the final specs will be before they pull the trigger.

I also read on that same forum there are some righties on bassoutpost who want to order one without controls, so they can play them as regular reverse T-birds. I wonder if that's an option? If so, I'm sure we're damn close to 20!

Bass Outpost heads are supporters of our little board, if you guys want to do any cross board chatter between here and Bass Outpost i don't mind in the least (as long as we don't step on any Bass Outpost toes). If it helps get the basses made that's great.

Dave and Uwe both gave us the thumbs up when we were launching the board and let us post on their board about our existence. Those guys are good people.

Saf: no problem

Thunder: you can have it trans red, no trans blue offered, the honeyburst has a black headstock, the others are matching, the top should be mahogany they say (i'm not sure, will clear that out with Roman)

The specs can be seen on the bach site linked in the first post.

It's Uwe who wants the lefty without controls, i'm checking that.
Let me know what our dutch fella's decide, it's starting to look good.

I'm having a topic like this running on the Bassoutpost and keep updating things between here and there

Hi, i'm the 'Thunder' Jeroen referred to, i'm in for a Trans red - two pickup.

But if we make our final order, are we doing this individually and will the bass be sent directly from factory to the specific customer?

Hmm this sounds very appealing! Just a question, on the site they offer a 5 string in all black, no pickguard...

Is it possible to get that one in 4 string as well? I really don't want to get one with drill holes ;)

I'm afraid you have been watching the normal reverse version, take a look at the link in my first post, you'll see what bass we are talking about.
