Ken Smith/KSD 5 string Jazz w. upgrades
Re: Ken Smith/KSD 5 string Jazz w. upgrades
I contacted the seller about the weight and he replied: "15 pounds, give or take one pound"
LOL.
LOL.
Re: Ken Smith/KSD 5 string Jazz w. upgrades
that sure is a killer "high gloss Maple body"

if a guy doesn't know Maple from his Ash, how can you expect him to know what something weighs?
all the best,
R

I had one of the 60's versions of this bass for a week or so. They're HEAVY, but not 15 lbs.Lefty007 wrote:I contacted the seller about the weight and he replied: "15 pounds, give or take one pound"

15 pounds sounds like the guy is just throwing a number out there he thinks sounds right, not the actual weight.
