Makeev Travel Bass

Post by pjmuck »

Watched this YouTube video today and was really impressed by the tones. I suppose a foldable travel bass could be considered gimmicky, but I think it's kinda cute. (Though I'm not traveling anywhere anytime soon). They're also fairly affordable and seem to be made well. You can order a custom lefty for under $1000.

Very cool! I "built" a bass from their options, and it came to $1125. Considering it's a 5-string, with a good EQ system, this is not unreasonable, and would be perfect for traveling anywhere throughout the World...
