That's one of wolfkeller's. He has it listed on eBay too. According to the description:

"Excellent condition custom bass. Player plus body with electronics and pickups upgraded, duncan hot stack 2 bridge pickup, tbx tone.
Replacement pickguard, fender player maple neck, 70s style tuners."
