2017 American Professional Jazz Bass with killer Refin

Post by Matt R. »

Hey everyone. This fall I have acquired a couple amazing additions to my arsenal, and I'm still waiting for my beloved '74 Jazz to come back from SoCal and I have to face it- a couple of my basses are gonna collect dust. Plus, I really want to pick up another amp for backup and small gigs, so-

Up for sale is my Sparkle Red (pro refinished) American Professional Jazz Bass. USA made. I bought it new in 2018. It was born a dismal Sonic Grey color so I had it refinished in sparkle red. It has the big flakes in the paint job, so it’s not just a regular metallic finish. It’s a stunner and I wish the pics could do it justice.
Anyway, the pickups were also changed to Fender Pure Vintage ‘74 pickups and sounds great. WD Mint green pickguard added as well. Neck is superb, and it really plays smoothly. No issues whatsoever.
I’m selling to pave the way for a small backup bass rig, and i have a dozen other Jazz Basses. Aside from expected surface scuffs on the pickguard, it’s immaculate. A killer and unique lefty for sure. Case included.

$1000 shipped to lower 48 USA ONLY

Killer bass and should move pretty quickly, IMO. If it were a 5'er, it be hanging from my fireplace in a big-assed matching sock.

That is a sweet finish.

If Duck Dunn were still alive and a lefty, he'd be playing that with Murph and the Magic Tones.
