What a great way to pass the time between stages of Le Tour Du France.
Sounds like there was some reverb on the track. Can you give us some details about how you recorded it?

BTW, that's a fabulous bass. Did you special order it?

Very cool man! The tone on your E string is sooo good! I love the depth of the sound.

Just goes to show how versatile Alembic EQ systems can be...
R&B Stretch Bass, Walter Woods 1000w Green-Light Stereo Amp, AccuGroove El Whappo and TR112, assorted axes, amps, cabs...

I've always had a thing goin on for Alembics. Doubt I'll ever get to own one tho, the wife ( or my accountant ) would probably require me to sell a ton of other gear to pay for it.

Salut
Bye ;)

Translation:
If I correctly understand the question
the electronics on the Alembic:
They are simple enough. There is a volume, a pickup balance, and a tone pot per pickup.
If you use the little "buttons" they become filters (a bit like a wahwah).

Ok d'accord!
Alors,j'ai branché la basse dans un ampli guitare de marque"Transfert" de 20 watts,j'ai utiliser la reverbe de l'ampli,
j'ai enregistrer avec un appareil photos,
Transfert est une marque bas de gamme;
voila les gars!

Hope I got this right:
plugged the bass into a 20 watt guitar amp - the brand is "Transfert" - and used the on board reverb.
Recorded it with a video cam.
Transfert is a low-end brand.

Kind of makes the point about how good the bass is
