Fun with Wal
Here's another cover band I am currently playing with. Recorded live direct to board with a handful of GoPros. I played my '91 Wal fretless on this one.
Sorry we don't have a soprano sax player to tie it all together.

Wow, man, you guys are good!
The Wal sounds great--I only wish I could hear more of it.
I don't miss the sop sax at all. I've never listened to any genre of music and thought to myself, "You know what this song needs? More high-pitched duck rape."

Very cool - whenever I hear a Wal, I instantly hear Colin Moulding on "Nonsuch"

Very cool! You guys sound like a tight band. Well done.
Re: Fun with Wal
Thank you, everyone. I wish I had more opps to play the Wal. I could use the practice! I'm gonna suggest early Paul Young songs at the next rehearsal.
I am a huge XTC fan. Did you happen to catch the new documentary about them on Showtime last week?Agent00Soul wrote:Very cool - whenever I hear a Wal, I instantly hear Colin Moulding on "Nonsuch"
