Fender/Bluesman Vintage Jazz bass

Post by tomdbass »

Asking $1250 for it.
The bass is as follows:
Original 1977 bound and blocked Fender Jazz bass neck with bullet truss rod adjuster at headstock. 3 bolt mount. Rosewood fingerboard. Original frets that are in great condition with minimal wear. Original 1977 Fender tuners as well.
The body is a chambered, 3 tone sunburst alder Jazz style body by John Scott at Bluesman Vintage here in Nashville. Pickups are David Allen CS J4 early 60's style Jazz bass pickups. Harness and pots/cap/wiring are Bluesman Vintage. All finish work ( build, finish, wiring, setup...etc) done by John Scott at Bluesman Vintage. Strung with D'addario Pro Steels.
Again, asking $1250 for it but open to all reasonable offers.

Hey!

Great looking bass!

Is the pickup spacing 60's or 70's?

Any possibility of checking this bass out in hand? I am in Nashville.

Not a tire kicker!

Thanks-
