Bass NW Closing Down

Post by NoXX »

Hi all,

I've just read the note on the website:

CLOSEOUT SALE IS HAPPENING NOW!!

It is with a heavy heart that I must close down Bass Northwest after 21+ years of business due to health reasons. So, all of the remaining new items that we have in stock are at special closeout prices. These are all new items with full warranty. Please be aware that all items are plus tax and or shipping. We can't do layaway's and all sales are final. The sale prices should more than make up for that ;) We can take credit cards and cash only for this final sale.

Our last day of business will be September 30th.

Thanks for all of the years of support!... Evan Sheeley (owner)

Sad news indeed. Of interest to us lefty folk are two Ibanez basses, an SR500L and an SR505L. Prices are not stunning, but not bad at $449 and $499 respectively. Worth keeping an eye on to see how low they will go before the end of the month. Could be a good deal. Interesting that the used gear is not being sold off yet... Wonder what will happen to it?

Cheers,
Dave

They still have a very pretty used Japanese Yamaha TRB-5 that would be killer if it came down in price:

Sad to see Bass NW go.

I'm hoping The Bass Shop will expand once Bass NW closes.

Now that would indeed be cool!

At this point closing less than a month away, I am sure they will accept any reasonable offers on it.
