Quiet here, eh.....????

This is sitting in it's case upstairs and isn't being used because I play fretless 99% of the time these days.

Do I sell or have someone make me a fretless neck?

Any further interest will be gauged appropriately.

Personally, I would say sell.

A bass like that can be hard to sell. It can take a long time to find a buyer for a bass of that value.

Plus, if you had a fretless neck made for it, then you would have a fretted neck that you would have no use for, and you would still prefer one bass over the other, so you would still have a bass sitting in the closet.

OK, the Wal is no longer for sale. I don't need the cash so much any more, so I'll see about getting a fretless neck made at some point.
