Bass backing track jam

I found this guy on Youtube who has put up some cool backing tracks, and you can buy the mp3s on itunes and jam to them, so I did! His channel is called JonHall music. Here's my attempt on one of his tracks:

I gotta clean up my playing a bit of course, but I would also like to record a version of this with my '83 L2K to see if I can hear the difference. It's rainy here in upstate NY this weekend so I may give it a shot.
