Amazon has become one of my fave places to browse. On Black Friday they were blowing out Aguilar DB 751's for like $1200 or $1300 bucks.

Be sure to give us a review, I used to play those on my break all the time when I used to work at G.C and the quality control was not to great, some being amazing some being better suited as fire wood but I heard they have gotten alot better. As far as Amazon they are great I never hesitate to give them my business, I am sure I have shared this experience before but I'll tell it again. About 2 years ago I kept looking around for a copy of Richard Bona's Bona make you sweat live album and couldn't find any where that had them in stock, after weeks amazon had some in used and I bought one and a week later at my door arrives....Richard Bona's ten shades of blue and some random Indie Rock band both brand new, even though in the receipt in the package it listed bona make you sweat. Anyways I emailed them telling them about the mistake and I was gonna send out those C.D.s at the end of the week ect ect. 2 hours later while I am at work I get a phone call from Amazon apologizing for the mistake telling me to keep the C.D.s I had received free of charge and they would over night me a copy of Bona make you sweat and they gave me a 15 dollar credit on they're website good for downloading MP3 and any other digital media.

I'll definitely give my impressions of the bass. I don't think it'll be one that I play out live a lot. It's not my style, but I've been wanting a 6 string. I have held the 4 string model before. Fit, finish and quality all seemed really nice, so I'll assume this may be no different.

Why did you tell me this? Now I have GAS! That 8-string Schecter also looks good, and while the price is not as low as the Matt got, it is still a good deal.

Certainly not staring with bloodshot eyes like I was trolling the net for deals.

When I got there, they had 3 at that price. All were gone withing a few hours. If I was in a band situation I would certainly have pulled the trigger. But alas, I am band-free at the moment ...

Hey guys, my sixer just arrived. I gotta say, I am super impressed overall. I had it shipped to a business, so I won't be able to plug it in until later. But the bass is really nice quality. My only gripe is the jank-ass gold hardware, which will be summarily removed and replaced with chrome, providing I like the instrument enough. But it came setup nearly perfect (needs an ever so slight neck tweak but is absolutely giggable), and it even had the D'Addario strings I play installed from the factory.
I'll comment on tone later when I get can get to my bass room to plug in. This is my first six string, so the neck is a football field, yet comfy. I'll post a pic or two as well. But for $350, this thing came out swinging. Fast shipping from Amazon too.

Nice! I can't stand the Bartolini-licensed, Cort-made MK1 set on those, but otherwise they're great basses.
