As part of my gradual withdrawal from active duty for medical reasons, I'm starting to offload some of my instruments.
The first on the list is my '77 Jazz. Here's the link to the original posting page on the Basschat website in the UK.
http://basschat.co.uk/topic/36318-big-l ... e__st__940 You will find it around halway down the page.
Basic details are on that site and I don't propose to repeat them here, but just so you know, the main ashtray is a newer item sourced from another Jazz that had a bridge upgrade, and Jeroen has kindly pointed out that the neck tray is from a P-bass (unknown source).
To the best of my knowledge everything else is original but I'm happy to send shots of the dissambled components so that people can make up their own minds.
As always, if in doubt, ask.
Asking price has been tentatively set at £1700 UK (around $2800 at current exchange rates I think), but I'll consider any fair offer bearing in mind what it is and the very full life it's led before I got it.
It was previously owned by Deezbar (who I seem to remember is actually a member of this forum).

Re: '77 Jazz
Hi there. I've had an enquiry about the Roscoe already. As always with such things though I'll do my best to keep you informed of where we're at throughout the process.leftybassatl wrote:May be interested in the fretless Roscoe you mentioned when you get ready to sell!! :0)
