Rickenbacker

Post by Asylum-49 »

Hi all,

Just wondered if anybody knows why Rickenbacker are not making left handed instruments at present? Enquired with a dealer in the UK about price and availability only to be told the above!

Denied!

Cheers,

Matt

So we've now learned that Ric makes plenty of leftys.

And that AustinLeftyBass buys them all. :D

Since you seem to have a good experience with Ric basses, can I ask you what you think about the ones that are from 2004?

i can put my hands on a 2004 4003 that seems to be in a good shape and I'm thinking about it.

Of course i would prefer to have a 70's one like I had in my early days and sold it for almost nothing but it seems like the early 2000 are a good pick as far as quality. Are they?

Thanks for your input,

Sly
