southpawguitars.com, adirondackguitars.com, gbase.com. Also do a global search on craig's list for "lefty" or "lefty bass" in search.

make sure you search for "left handed" bass as well, not just lefty. a lot of people don't use "lefty" in their description.

The website is German (but in Engrish as well) and has a secondhand section. Most of the ads are for basses located in Europe, but ocassionally you'll see some American ads as well.
