I love the look of these. FYI Musician's Friend had these on clearance for $1499 last time I looked.

GAH!! I just looked again and MF has their lefty Club on for $1299. That really hurts! Damn, I'd love to get a Club bass.

I just spotted that MF markdown too. I'm really tempted at that price, though I can't really afford it either though when could I ever?). I'm thniking the minute I buy it Hofner will come out with an Icon edition.
