These guys made me a tortoise guard for my 1993 CS Jazz. I had to send them the original for them to trace the new one exactly but they did a fine job.

Tony at Pickguardian should also be able to get you taken care of. Since mounting holes can vary, I'd suggest sending him your current guard so he can make you an exact clone
