I just came across this Stingray 5 lefty by Musicman's budget arm. I have a Musicman Bongo 5 with maple (that is my to the grave bass). Do you guys think this one will be different enough in tone to make the purchase worth it? I had been holding out for a budget jazz 5 string bass, but this might scratch that itch. Thoughts? Anyone interested in trying this out? |

The S.U.B. line has a generally good reputation. You will find a lot of info at TalkBass.com |
