Both are being sold from D-Town Guitars right outside of Philadelphia (Doylestown) . About 20 minutes from my house if anyone wants me to check em out for you. The owner Rob has a very good reputation and is always at the Philly Guitar show (scheduled for June 27th 28th this year).

Cool stuff.
I'm remotely interested (probably needs pick-up and/or pre-amp change to sound good for me. or cut some wires to go passive).

Does anybody have experiences with these Deluxes? The top strapbutton does not look to be right above the 12th fret, does that mean these have fundamental balance issues?
