"Textured paint" = cheese grater on the forearm (although in this case not much body surface left).
Removing "textured paint": Been there, done that, never again.

I'm thinking of writing to my MP (member of Parliament for our US board members) and suggesting a new law in which they make it a criminal offense to abuse an instrument to such a horrendous degree.

Punishment to include 50 lashes across the eyeball with a wet noodle.
