THAT one appears to be in VERY nice condition. Since that bass is the same age as I am if I win the lottery I'm making an offer. So there! ;)

OMG.. Thats beautiful. Where does this guy get these in such great shape? He had a 74 Jazz Lefty in near mint condition a few years back. I was headed down south that weekend to view it. It sold prior to my trip. :? Wonder where the original lefty case is for this bass. Did Fender have true lefty directional cases back in the 60's?

I don't know about for basses, but for guitars they definitely did. I have a 60s Jaguar with the original case and it is indeed lefty.
