After a 3 minute eBay investigation found the following:
a. "Feedback as a Buyer" displays a lot of bass parts bought from Hong Kong.
b. CAPS LOCK seems to be working on all his text.

Good search !

he mentions USA built which seems to be true. By looking at the bass and the price, it looks good to me even if the parts come from China !
