Here's a thread that discusses some of the issues: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=11644&p=73454&hilit=Fender+Precision+Player+Plus#p73454 Two other things I'll add to this: - In passive mode, there's no tone control, only volume. - Tuners (At least on mine) aren't the greatest, and don't seem to hold thing as well as other basses I own. But all aside, they really do sound and play great. I like the 12" radius neck, especially for slapping. |

The neck on the one I played was very comfortable. |
