...Indeed... found on the web: "I've heard of Vince Cutler Rarities. Best I can tell, they were in business in the 1990s to perhaps early 2000s. I've seen maybe a dozen autographs from them over the years, all questionable authenticity". |

Seems unlikely. Whoever asked Paul to sign it wouldn't have then put it on the market at some point. Leaving it a case to ferment doesn't make sense. |
