I like this one. Nash overdoes it with the relic'ing sometimes, IMO, but this one is tasteful.

That's considered Nash's " light aging" option.
I'm still not crazy about that much finish being "removed" from the back of the neck.
Not sure how New Jersey heat and humidity would effect the neck stability.

His prices have gone up quite a bit in the past few years. Not sure if I would spend
that much for a Nash.

For real. I had one briefly and it was just a slapped together Warmoth/allparts franken-jazz, and the neck pocket wasn’t really a good fit with the neck.
I know the relic process is labor intensive and pricey, but damn.

I agree. The back of the neck of a lot of relics are not done convincingly. Lately, even a lot of Fender Custom Shop necks have that problem. The other problem I've noticed lately is on a lot of the fender relics, they don't even bother to age the hardware. Makes no sense to me.
