It's clearance but well priced:

Excellent price for an excellent bass...but 10.5lbs? Mine is under 9lbs.

Very nice for the price... and the weight wouldn't bother me, as my three favorite basses - '78 P; ATK 5-string, Carvin SB5000 - all weigh between 10.5 to 11.5lbs... I'm still able to manage the weight by using a wide, neoprene/wetsuit style strap...

I need another bass like I need another (insert funny reference here), but I could not resist the temptation. Thanks for the heads up. Cheers!

Congrats!

My cousin once flew in to pick up a Rolls Royce he bought for $20k and drive it home. He took me for a spin--it had hydraulics that leveled the car when cornering. He said that when he asked his accounted whether buying the car was a good idea, his accountant told him that at that price he couldn't afford not to buy it. That's the kind of deal this was.

Not quite the same deal as the one above, but still a decent price for a great ax:

Dude! That's at my local GC. I'll try to go check it out.

I've owned two of these basses. My first was a 2007 natural one, which I sold, and I currently own a 2017 SB one. In my limited experience, the older natural one(s) (with the ugly white headstock font) had better QC, as the SB one when I first got it had horrible sharp fret edge sprouting. I've since filed and improved the frets an it plays/sounds fine now, but just an FYI to check it the your bass arrives.
