I love this!

The asking price seems a bit optimistic, but I love it. Does anyone know anything about these?

This looks to be an LB20, which is the passive version of the LB70 - which was Carvin's flagship bass for decades but was discontinued just a few months ago. An LB70 has been my No. 1 bass for 20 years, and I've always been just as happy to play it in passive mode as compared to active. I'm happy to tell you anything you want to know!

The price certainly is absurd though.

Edit: I see that this bass is listed as being located in Japan, which explains the high shipping price and certainly does not help make the asking price look any better.

Also, any potential buyers should beware as a quick search for "Carvin LB" produces a handful of results that all seem to be this same bass, but at different prices.
