Great to see a lefty Stingray Special in the wild!

These first appeared on EBMM's Vault online store back in April, both H and HH configs in black or burnt amber finish. Presumably not many people realised, because the 20 or so they had on sale there abruptly disappeared about a month ago, and began turning up on various retail websites.

I've been keeping an eye out for them because I'd love to buy one, but I'm in Europe. The Vault is US only, and so far I've only seen them in US stores....aargh

Nice, but I wonder how many were actually HH? Not many I don’t think.

It looks like there were only three or four lefty HHs. Paulo and I each got a black one, and there's one burnt amber left at AMS.

I'm glad I snagged one. I played it a bit yesterday after a few days of being too busy to practice. It's not my #1, but there's a lot to like about it, and it doesn't sound like anything else I've ever played.

There were at least 5 HH’s in each colour shown as available in The Vault at one point. And that American Music Supply link says there will be more black ones available soon, so we can hope.

I didn't see enough in the demo video to convince me to buy one, but I would love to play around with one through my rig to know for sure how it would sound.
