If anyone knows where I could find said instrument let me know. Not in a hurry as funds are low/nonexistent, but I'd like to run across one

When I played guitar, I was in a band with a bassist who played a lefty Musicmaster. We were a trio with two lefty players.

She claimed it was owned by a member of Earth, Wind and Fire (wasn't one of the guitarists a lefty, not the bassist). She moved a couple of years ago and I don't know if she still has it. She purchased a violin bass copy which she preferred more.

I just asked my friend and she sold the bass years ago. I wish she would have offered it to me first!

FYI, the seller has posted this auction twice and hasn't canceled one yet. I e-mailed him and he said the second one was a revised listing, but he needs to either cancel it or revise his original listing.

and

I'm going to pass on this one, but if anyone's interested I suggest you contact the seller first and make sure he doesn't inadvertently sell this bass to two people!
