Hope it helps! The Warmoth neck is way better than the original Fender neck....

About USA-tuners on a MIJ neck: last week I installed Hipshots on my MIJ '75 reissue Jazz and they fit without any adaptation of the holes in the headstock at all. I installed a BT-2 X-tender and three HB-2 tuners, that are also intended for '67-'82 USA Fenders, and they fit like a glove.

But maybe that period was an exception?
