Sire just released the D5, although they all got scooped up quickly. If I were in the market right now, that's where I would start. They appear to be in the $500 range. I also tried Paulo's Harley Benton '51P a year or two back and I thought it was great. |

I've heard good things about Harley Benton instruments, and they offer them in sunburst and red. For $111, how could you go wrong? (Well you could, but that's not what I hear. :lol) Seems like a great modding platform: https://www.thomannmusic.com/harley_ben ... series.htm |
